- A registered Saudi establishment Unified CR number 7050490098
- We collect and process your data under the Personal Data Protection Law, and the privacy policy names everyone who processes it.
- Support by email, in Arabic, from a person rather than a bot.
One document, one control, one ledger.
Closing the books at year end gets easier when everything takes one route, whether you imported it or keyed it in.
- Source document
You upload your file
We read the export from your current system, or any CSV or Excel file, exactly as it is. The names you chose stay the names you chose.
- The control
It balances before it posts
Every entry goes through the same control, imported or keyed in, and none of them posts until debit equals credit. There is no way around it.
- General ledger
It stands, and is never erased
Entries balance, periods close, and a mistake is corrected with a reversing entry rather than deleted. The trail stays readable.
- Balanced entries with input and output VAT on the entry line.
- Coming The Fatoora link: the structure is ready, and the link itself comes in a later release.
Moving from your current system
What makes a move slow is retyping everything you already have.
Upload what you exported from Qoyod, Daftra, Wafeq or anywhere else, and map the columns once. Your chart of accounts and contacts carry over as they are, and opening balances post as a proper entry rather than a number typed into a box.
Arabic names are where most imports break, because Excel saves Arabic CSV files in a legacy encoding and the names arrive mangled. Maksabi detects the encoding, shows you what it found, and lets you correct it before anything is saved.
And the import is all or nothing per table: you never end up with 400 of your 500 customers and no way to tell which ones are missing. Running the same file again never doubles anything.
3 systems whose column layout we already know, and anything else takes one pass of column mapping.

FAQ
Can’t find your answer? Email us a screenshot, and someone who keeps books like yours will reply. Email us
I asked for a trial account. What happens now?
We build you a trial company with a full set of books, of the kind the screens above illustrate, and then get in touch to hand it over. It is yours alone, nobody else can open it or edit it, and you have 14 days in it with no card.
My file is not from Qoyod, Daftra or Wafeq. Will it work?
Yes. You tell Maksabi once which column is which. We add a ready-made preset for a system as soon as we get a real export from it.
What if my business is not VAT-registered?
Your books work in full today, with input and output VAT on the entry line. When e‑invoicing arrives, businesses that are not registered will issue their ordinary invoices through the same control.
Can I delete an entry I got wrong?
No, and that is on purpose. You correct it with a reversing entry, so the trail stays readable for you, for your auditor, and for whoever comes after you.
Your books start the day your account opens, not on the first of next month.
Once your account is open, you upload your file and your books run that same day, with your opening balances already in them.
